Walk to Opera House - 3BR Live in Budapest Designer Apt

Posizione centrale, 5minuti a piedi dalla basilica di Santo Stefano, ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici pubblici, metro a due passi. Host gentile e disponibile.

The apartment it self is spacious with 3 separate bedrooms and 2 toilets and 2 showers ideal for families and group of friends due its convenience. Location was great easy to navigate through the city and in the middle of almost everything (we used electric scooters for the most part of the travelling so it was very convenient there is a parking nearby (40 meters). The host was really nice and offer complementary gifts. Straightforward-instructions to get in and really modern internally.

One of the rooms had a suspicious mold-like stain on the top corner of the wall and the sealing and one of my friends complained alot about it. The building it self's in the internal part what abit sketchy nothing compared to how the flat is in the inside but overall the people staying there were really friendly and had 0 complains. I would recommend for 4-6 people is ideal but the 3rd Bedroom needs some attention.

Specious apartment, perfect for group of 8. Great location, 10min walking distance from city center.

The location was convenient, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. However, the persistent smell of mold throughout the apartment, especially from the unusable bathroom, overshadowed all of this.

Extremely disappointing experience! Not recommended! We booked this apartment specifically because it had two bathrooms, which was absolutely necessary for our group of five adults, including elderly parents (64, 69, and 74 years old). Upon arrival, we discovered that one of the bathrooms was completely out of order — flooded, visibly dirty, and with a strong smell of mold and dampness. It was unusable for the entire stay. Even worse, while we were out of the apartment, someone entered without informing or asking us, and tried to clean the damaged bathroom — but it remained non-functional. The host also informed us that repair works would be done during our stay, including at 8:00 AM the morning our elderly parents arrived after more than 20 hours of travel. We paid 1100 euros not to live in a construction site, but to spend peaceful, quality time with our family. That was simply not possible. To "compensate" us for this, the host offered 25 euros (!!!) and refused to take any further responsibility. This is unacceptable given the condition of the apartment and the stress caused. I strongly advise against booking this property. What we experienced was far below any reasonable standard.

One bathroom was full with mold with one light hanging from shower so whoever actually attempts to take shower can be electrocuted. One bedroom is full of humidity and could not be used in the whole stay. Full of dust, lack of towels and cleanliness issues overall. This apartment should fix the mold and humidity issues before it opens again for rent. We didn’t use the bedroom or the bathroom for all our stay.

The ice in the freezer is a really nice touch for a relaxing drink after a long day walking in the heat :)
