There’s nothing to like abt the property

There were no proper towels The bed sheets are like used ones

Convenient location , comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Good shower

When we arrived there wasn’t enough bed linen or towels. On contacting the host he suggested we look in the dryer which still had another 4 hours to go and we couldn’t see what was in it. While we were out he found some more linen but we still had to wait until 23:00 for the dryer to finish to get bed sheet and pillow cases and towels.all the linen was very crumpled. No dish cloth or washing up liquid provided.

5 pm arrival is late. Also wanted to know our departure time as had guest arriving that day. 12 pm was departure time on app. We felt a bit pushed to depart early No beds made on arrival! Unable to contact host Then decided to open ‘Personal ‘ to get hopefully washed bed sheets (incredibly creased), out of washing machine and make beds. Short of towel, bath mat and tea towel. Noted a prior suggestion to provide these. Noted prior issue with bed linen. Host did provide after 2+ hrs( 7:30 pm ish) Lounge & chairs are becoming sl stained

The location was perfect, close to the city center and accessible to transportations and other gorcery stores.

Cleanliness of the unit could be improved and better

The location is spot on for moving about in Ålesund centrum . Spacious bedroom with comfortable beds.

The apartment was generally good, clean and nice, but it was poorly equipped: there weren't enough towels for 2 people, the induction stove didn't work well and the kitchen lacked basic utensils.
