The closeness to the City (Waterfront 15min by car) and to the adjacent mall. Easy restaurants and shops for the evenings - no driving needed. After long day of sightseeing perfect place. Two bathroom great for family of 4 too. Washing machine/Tumbler great for a quick refresher of clothes. Very secure and easy to access from everywhere by freeway.

nothing really all good - just noisy on canal side a bit (people talk/boat races).
