We like how near it is to our destinations.

The booking system was awful. When we get there, we tried to contact our property owner but couldn't reach them. One staff helped us and turns out our booked wasn't in their system yet. We waited for almost 2 hours in the lounge area.

I like the bed so comfy and also the view.

I don’t like the fact that I can’t connect Netflix to the tv screen

Je n ai rien aimé puisque j ai attendu plus de 2 heures pour qu'une personne intermédiaire vienne enfin à ma rencontre et me dise que je dois annuler ma réservation pour soit disant un problème d'électricité dans ma chambre a laquelle je n'ai jamais accéder ! Aucun moyen de contacter le propriétaire, pas de réception officiel pour récupérer les clefs, l intermédiaire qui me demande d'annuler ma réservation, car elle ne peut pas le faire elle même. c est juste une grosse arnaque, ne réserver surtout pas ici !!! j attends toujours une réponse de booking pour recevoir un remboursement !

Booking : Merci de faire le nécessaire pour me rembourser. J ai perdu mon temps et mon argent. Don't book there, it's a trap!!

Un accès à une piscine, proche du port et du nouveau quartier, une aire de stationnement à l'entre de l'immeuble pour les taxi

Salle, climatisation bruyante et juste au dessus du lit qui vous empêche de dormir, climatisation qui fonctionne mal, qui se met à changer de programme et de température toute seule, tv non fonctionnel, toutes les télécommandes sont cassées ou non fonctionnelle, salle de bain et WC avec problème de propreté, aucun vrai service à l'entre et sortie pour vous réception ou déposé des clefs... Je déconseille cet hôtel même s'il n'est pas trop cher, on peut trouver mieux

Well, here it goes🙂 I expected better from this condo. I just had a TERRIBLE experience from this property. You didn’t reply to me so i’ll be leaving this review in hopes other people will see it. To the owner of this property, do YOUR JOB. First of all, the property is NOT CLEAN. I can’t say it’s that dirty but it wasn’t clean either. Second, the television doesn’t work and I contacted you and your staff many times but they only told us they’d be ordering a remote for the tv but until the end of our stay, it was still not FIXED. Furthermore, the AC is TOO LOUD. It was already set to automatic so we can’t fix it even by the remote. It was so loud how it kept changing modes every second that we couldn’t sleep peacefully. And Lastly, Staff were okay but THE OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY HAS AN ATTITUDE. Honestly, I was willing to set all of this aside but this last one was the last straw. I mistakenly extended my stay and booked the property for dec 5-6 instead of dec 3-4. It was the last day of our stay and I requested for the dates to change but really, the owner replies so late. As the staff came to our room to notify us that it was our last today, I explained my mistake and requested for the date change. The staff was on the phone with the owner and little did she know, she was put on speaker. The staff explained to her to which she replied, “Pahawaa nana sila oy! Samok kaayo kapoy sigeg usob2” Wow. This left us all astounded. My sister got mad and called her bastos. The staff then muted her phone. I asked for the owner’s number but they never gave any. Seriously, for such a small mistake we were insulted??? So please, think about it wisely before booking.
