Too smal for family of 4, roach everywhere,no elect. outlet in the bathroom I had to used flat iron and hair dryer by the kitchen, I have to buy 3 sets of towels coz is not provided towels and bedsheets washed once a week only for free, no air conditioner by the hallway and elevators.

The basics for airbnb was not provided. Considering that we are 3 occupants, staying for more than a week - Used bathroom tissue was left (the tissue was used up more than half the roll.) No replacement tissue was left. No emergency soap, toothbrush nor toothpaste was provided. WE arrived late at night, and all the basics were not there. We have to buy everything - tissue paper, toothbrush, toothpaste, paper towel. Small size cotton sheets or blankets, not even enough to cover our body, No paper towel. The dishwashing paste container was left empty and dirty. No trashcan. They asked us to use the trashcan in the bathroom. So Unhygienic. Small cockroaches roam the comfort room. The airbnb host was rude when we brought to her attention our concerns. She even suggested that we just do a refund of our stay. I have heard that it will take time for us to do a refund with booking.com, so we just decided to complete the schedule that we booked (8 days) and transferred to another airbnb afterwards. WE stayed in the Philippines for a total of 25 days. I am attaching pictures to show how the bathroom looks like - dingy and molds on the shower enclosures.

Owner contacted me the same day I booked and confirmed our stay. Smooth uncomplicated checkin experience. We were able to do an early check in (for an affordable cost). Beds are comfortable. There's a working wifi, ref and microwave.

The unit was cozy and comfortable. It was a nice place to stay with friends as it has a wide space for a group of 4. The beds were comfortable, and the TV was good for a movie marathon. The internet was also fast. The property was close to SM Moa which was very convenient, and there are nearby convenient stores, too.
