Il Nido Del Falco - Art house with terrace and sea view

Der Blick aufs Meer und auf die Küste ist traumhaft und an die 100 Stufen, die vom Parkplatz zum Haus führen, gewöhnt man sich schnell. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, wenn man als Selbstversorger unterwegs ist. Zum Geschäft und Restaurant von Luca sind es nur ein paar Minuten.

Es war (Ende März) sehr kalt und wir hatten diverse Startschwierigkeiten mit der Heizung. Die Batterien der Fernbedienungen waren leer bzw eine Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht. Wurde aber umgehend ausgetauscht. WiFi funktioniert in der unteren Wohnung nicht.

The house and the surrounding are really picturesque. The house features two separate apartments. The upper one has two spaciouse double bed rooms, one living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The lower one has one large room with kitchenette and a double bed and a bathroom. Everything like shown at the pictures. There is also a Jacuzzi and a large terrasse and a parking space. So, I recommend to leave your car there and go by bus, the station is only a stone throw away. The house is very comfortable and clean with plenty of space inside and outside. The view is absolutely dreamlike. Be aware that there are steps to get to the house, however, this is true for the whole Amalfi Coast. So, if you are not able to (or don't want to) walk steps, this beautiful place of Earth may not be your favourite holiday destination. We definitely recommend Irma's house.

I wish we could have stayed longer

Amazing views. Great modern house. Upstairs has two bedrooms and there is a downstairs ,cottage with also a bed, bath and small kitchen. Hot tube in cave. Parking below with a bunch of stairs to get to the house. Right on one of the main hiking paths.

Nothing but don’t rely on the bus service to get around

The house was great with plenty of outside space and a fantastic view. Amenities such as restaurants were only a short drive away, with a couple around a 10 minute walk.
