Great location, caravan beautiful so comfortable, view out of this world.

Only a few slight things, my mum's disabled wish there had been a ramp instead of stairs, she struggled a little, and the oven has a slight gap where heat escapes so it took a while to cook some things other than that,it was perfect, beds really comfy too.

"Beautiful caravan with gorgeous views but need to provide linens."

The caravan was beautifully clean and so well equipped with everything you would need from a home to home stay. The location was stunning right on the seafront.

I would have given the caravan 5 stars but I gave it 4 due to the fact that linens weren't provided. We did know upfront that linens weren't provided but for the price I would have liked to have arrived on my break away and not have to have to make up beds or worry about packing towels and bath mats. You go away for a break not to have to do those things so for this reason I will not be going back to this particular caravan.

Beautiful location! We were lucky to have good weather too so could enjoy being outside. The property was immaculate and very homely

If I had to pick, the curtains could be darker as the rooms were quite light once the sun came up

Very modern. Well equipped for everything that you need. Very warm. Great position over looking the sea Easy to find .

Very disappointed with the mattress and mattress cover it was very stained Mattress it self was quite low had a job getting up

Clean tidy and very comfortable kids loved it perfect for dog walking right outside your door massive green fir dog to have a run. 5 mins from sky essential shops etc perfect loved our stay. Had a quick power cut due to using too many appliances as informed by the helpful lady on the phone answered straight away and very helpful. Perfect stay loved it!!! Was very clean on arrival so that’s exactly how we left it on departure, will defo be back we visiting family in Lowestoft so for us it was PERFECT!
