There was a time conflict with my reservation due to the reservation difference that my arrival was out of the check-in time. Miss Efleda resolved the problem promptly. She's very friendly and courteous. I really appreciate how she handled the situation with a sense of urgency. I really appreciate her customer service expertise. We'll do business again and would highly recommend her to potential and future clients.

Das Apartment hat alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt in Flughafennähe braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und ruhig, es gibt ausreichend Steckdosen und Beleuchtung. Unten im Haus ist ein Restaurant, in dem man sehr gute Pizza essen kann. Ich würde jederzeit wieder herkommen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Der Swimmingpool hatte kein Wasser - für uns war das nicht relevant, weil wir sowieso keine Zeit zum Schwimmen hatten.

"An amazing overnight extension"

I can strongly reccomend this accommodation and host as a to go place when looking for an overnight in Lapu Lapu! Efleda is a highly friendly and guest focused host, very easy to contact and she will answer all your questions. The apartment is în very good shape, everything works very well and a morning coffee în the balcony is more than a good idea. The airport is 5 minutes by car and for backpackers or travelers on a lower budget there are also local transportation 10 minutes by car away (save savemore stop). There you will find also the closest bigger supermarket and atms and other budget friendly delights. Laundry and a Filipino restaurant are at the ground floor.
