The location was perfect and everything was provided for and spotless throughout.

I do not think a futon in a small office room is enough to class this property as a three bedroom House and the double bed was a small double and for that reason I think this property was overpriced but cannot fault the property for it was clean and in a great location. The price would have to be a lot more competitive before I would consider using it again ..

The house was in an excellent central location in town (3 minute walk to the main square and 5 minutes to the shops) and with easy access to the main routes to other interesting places in Norfolk e.g. Sandringham, etc. Almost touching distance to a pub selling food and very good local brewed ales, but that wasn't noisy.

Nothing, everything was good.

This is a lovely house, very cosy. The bedrooms are a good size, the beds very comfortable. Mirrors are placed near sockets which makes it easy to get ready. The shower is a good size and practical, it is easy to help our 8 year old wash his hair without us getting soaked too. The kitchen is also a good size and layed out perfectly for cooking breakfasts. Everything is super clean, not even a cobweb on the ceiling. The complimentary wine, bread, milk and eggs were a very welcoming touch. We would happily stay here again.

Not a dislike, simply a suggestion. There is a clear glass door between the dining area and the hallway. It requires something on it (e.g. a sticker or poster) so as not to mistake the window for an opening.

Really comfortable and attractive house in centre of Kings Lynn, with a beautiful garden to sit out in. Very well equipped and lots of little touches that made us feel welcome and in a home from home.

Only thing I didn’t like were the air fresheners- they were the puffer kind so i just took the batteries out for the duration of our stay.
