Bungalow Paseo del Mar- PLAYA ROCA Residence sea front access - Free AC - Wifi

The apartment was very clean, the floor was squeaky clean especially and had air conditioning. The hosts were great, Oliver who showed us to the bungalow, showed us how things worked and was nice. Everything you could need inside the apartment was there like a hairdryer, towels and cleaning stuff if needed. The hosts also provided a bottle of water which was nice extra touch.

Some things let it down like round the pool area, such as there were not enough loungers round the pool, you were lucky to get a broken one if that. The pool bar was closed down due to licence issues, was not informed about this, and had to visit a shop which was about a 10 minute walk. Also, building work going on around the pool is very noisy, and the drilling noise goes straight through you. There is a walkway beside the bungalow which leads to the pool area and every morning you hear the noise of people walking over the drain cover which can be disturbing if you are still asleep as it is quite loud.

Una decoración muy agradable y llamativa, las instalaciones funcionaban correctamente, todo muy bonito nuevo, cómodo y limpio, Carolina muy amable con nosotros al llegar a la Isla. Y eso que nuestro vuelo estaba programado para llegar ya muy tarde por la noche, siempre muy atenta, y lo que más nos gusto, fue el itinerario que nos programó para conocer todo sus alrededores. The property is in an edge of town development so it is quiet most of the time. Access to beach front walk was great. Bungalow was well equipped for self-catering and supermarket is nearby. Plenty of very hot water!

Property next door had building works going on so there was daily hammering, shouting and drilling - I wish I had been forewarned about this as I probably would have booked a different property. No parking available within the complex. Front garden gets overlooked by people walking to the swimming pool.

Perfect apartment, spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly need for a self-catering holiday. Massive comfortable bed. Great shower. Location is good,, enough bars & restaurants not to have to walk into the centre every day. Lovely coastal walks or a bus if you don't want to walk. Oliver met us & showed us around the apartment & how everything worked. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.
