Fantastic location, 4 comfy double bedrooms, nice lounge space, kitchen had everything we needed, I'll definitely be looking to book again next time I'm in Newcastle!

No bin bags were provided in the kitchen, and the shower is pretty tame. Everything else was great!

Location was great for walking to St. James' Park and everything Newcastle has to offer. Spacious and comfortable for 4 adults.

- Perfect location in the centre of town. - Proximity to a lot of attractions, including St. James Park, Discovery Museum, Newcastle Castle, etc. - 17 minutes walk from the train station. - Exceptional property that is well suited to a family. - Clear instructions for keys and checkout. - Rooms were well prepared for arrival. - Facilities were good for the needs of young ones.

The location is perfect, especially for those trying to explore the Newcastle city centre, it's out of the way from the city so you don't hear any noise but only a walk away into the city. Came for our sons graduation and loved it.

It won't feel like home but it will get the job done. The dishes and cooking utensils are older but still quite clean.

The location is fantastic and only a short walk to the city centre. Bedrooms are spacious as is the living area.

Property was in an excellent location. Had all the facilities for a weekend city break. Free car parking which was ideal. Staff friendly to deal with before during and after stay. Very reasonably priced. Generally clean and smelt fresh.

Property only had 4 chairs at the dining table for eating purposes. Property was generally clean but could do with a deeper clean in some areas.
