The room is very clean and tidy. Everything else is good.

The hassle of queueing everytime need to enter the guard house, due to no access card for entering premises, only for lift access, the deposit is also quite high. Parking for visitors, if you're late at night, might need to park far from the block.

"Minimalist living"

It was close to the airport, restaurants, laundromats, and even massage parlors. The community space provided was large enough that you can do an outdoor run, swim and workout. All the basic needs were provided at a good price and I would stay again when given the chance.

They didn't have a kettle yet. I missed having coffee and late night cup noodles.
