Locația e bună, în centrul orașului.

Apartamentul necesită investiții. Nu a fost nici curat, nici dotat, așa cum am obișnuit să vedem la alte cazări. Am ales acest apartament pentru că am vrut vedere la oraș de sus. Cadă era veche, albiturile pătate. Nu ne-am simțit bine deloc.

"Dezamăgitor, de nerezervat"

Din punctul meu de vedere singurul lucru notabil a fost comunicarea cu proprietarul.

Nouă ca familie cu copii nu ne-a plăcut absolut deloc locația și detaliez: 1. Parcarea este gratuită dar foarte greu de găsit și pe străduțe înguste unde riscul de a fi acroșată mașina este mare- exista posibilitatea să mergeți cu bagajele în mână câteva zeci sau sute de metri 2. Blocul în care este situat apartamentul pare a fi relativ nou însă la intrarea în scară ne-am lovit de un miros respingător - același miros persistă și în apartament 3. Apartamentul se vede ca a fost închiriat nu doar pentru destinația “hotel” - canapeaua are urme considerabile de uzură, parchetul și pereții necesită intervenții ( poze atașate), ușa de la dormitor are urme de forțare pentru deschidere (poze atașate) În total am considerat ca nu este o locație confortabilă și igienică pentru familia noastră și am decis să nu ne cazăm și să căutăm altceva.

Very friendly and responsive staff. Very helpful on any occasion 24/7. Clean apartament. All possible facilities. Very quiet area, safe parking and also there is a 24 hrs open off licence 1 minute walk. Me and my wife were very satisfied. P.S.: there is a little balcony where you can smoke if you are a smoker.

I can't see anything wrong.

Good location Nice condition of the apartment Kitchen equipped with all kind of stuff

Hot water and room heating DISAPPEARED after midnight and we couldn’t even ask for somebody to turn it on at that time in the night, we had to take showers from the kettle There was no soap or shower gel, only dishwashing gel Door code automatically opens the main door to anyone - some random people came to visit us Not really clean - we found chips and iqos sticks in and behind the sofa
