This property is a absolutely scam the owner is the rude person I have ever came across .She lied about the amount of bed and processed to lock one of the rooms when we clearly booked for 4adults and a 7month old baby

The host was lovely and understanding, the property was immaculate and comfortable. I’ve stayed here on two separate occasions and both times were great! Beautiful property. It is close to shops which is super convenient!

We ended waiting outside for about 20 minutes as we weren’t provided with the lockbox code but it was swiftly sorted.

unfortunately after arriving at the property we as a family were not happy with the cleanliness and state of the property. There was broken things lying around. Dust on window seals and plugs. Window broken bins full and smelly. Cob webs and spiders. Bedding had fluff and hair on them. Washing machine was filthy and greasy. Kettle was burnt and toaster also filthy. All the surfaces were not clean with smudge marks. Cutlery dirty. Property was in a bad state. It was very uncomfortable for us to stay in. So we had to book our selves 2 rooms in Travel Lodge and also we cut our holiday from 2 nights to 1. Host was not bothered and blamed on the cleaning company.

Everything about the accommodation. The bedding was filthy, stained pillows, hairs in beds. skirting boards, window frames/ledges, loft hatch,fridge, freezer, walls was all dirty. Items left in wardrobes, screwed up bedding etc, toothpaste, dirty towels etc left in drawers down stairs! Smashed window in bedroom! Only place that was actually clean was the bathroom! Pictures taken, owner informed that we left property after half an hour of arriving. Owner said he has pictures taken after every clean??? Must have been next doors house! There was no way we could have slept in the beds and not had bites in the morning! We had to find somewhere at short notice which was not ideal, especially having to pay out again. I will be looking to get a full refund, “cosy” 3 bedroom house?? More like “filthy” 3 bedroom house. Booking.com you need to seriously review this property!
