The Luxe - Entire House

This place is my favourite in whole Huddersfield as it’s a full whole house, i have my own privacy and feels like im at home! Very near to town centre, but still quiet area! Highly recommended

Is located in perfect area! Very near to Town center and the street is very quiet.

I liked that it was only 5 mins from where I intended to be. I also liked the host provided plenty of amenities (delicious coffee, tea, milk, shower gel etc) he even went out of his way to get me a fan and some room spray. There was a toaster, microwave, kettle and oven, fridge and freezer which was handy. The host was kind enough to not kick off when I slept through my alarm and checked out late, which i appreciated

The property had a bad odour, the kitchen was unclean (lots of dust on the blinds, stains on cupboards), there was not enough cutlery provided. The property had stains on the walls and the blinds in the bedroom did not close properly. I also didn’t like the property is in a run down area which seemed unsafe despite cameras, I wouldn’t park my nice car there so I am glad I came in a cheap car. However, the host after me complaining and asking him to rectify the issues of uncleanliness did send someone to fix the issue however i felt it shouldn’t have taken me asking him to do this. I asked for a refund at first as I was unimpressed with him offering a solution and refusing to refund, but once the situation was rectified after me asking I was happy to stay. Although, I will not be visiting again as there are much nicer places for cheaper as I discovered upon checking out.

It was spacious

Outside was unkept and untidy , the sitting room had a corner where the washing machine was located it was unkept and dirty I had to get my eyes off it whenever I wanted to get water from d tap or prepare meal as it could make me throw up!that part was covered with a blue cloth making it look like a shrine .

Near to everything I needed was spare bedding and clean towels available and even stuff for a cuppa already there clean and comfy

Outside looks a little untidy could do with a little bit of care but other than that all was good
