TV not working till 2nd day night . Not addressed the issue even complained for 3 times.. There is no prompt response from receptionist.
INThe staff was very good and professional. The Travel Assistant Mr. William Jerold was exceptional. He explained in detail about the tour we intended to undertake and ensured that we had a quality leisure time while visiting various locations. THANK YOU ALL

Supply of both drinking and bathroom water is very much problematic,geyser doesn't works well,lack of basic amenities such as toiletries,towels,drinking water,poor response timing of the staff.

INRooms are not much clean as expected!! response was very slow every room is different when one thing works another thing will not work for example in my room restroom handwash doesn't work and in another light doesn't work very frustrated with the facilities. In booking .com the mentioned tv but they won't initialise we need to ask them.
Response was late but resort staff are supportive overall ok for that price.
