Well located property close to the centre of Palermo with access to public transport. Surrounded by great Restaurants and Cafes and great nightlife

Property could stand some upgrading particularly the shower

The best position, best host (Dario), all confort you may need.

Dario is a really friendly and helpful host. The Apartment was very clean, cozy and had everything you need for a good stay. Also the location is quite nice in a middle of a vibrant area. If a decent place in the middle of the city is what you are looking for, this could be the place for you.

The included breakfast that you will book as “included” means only coffee and some cookies, just to be transparent for new visitors. It’s quite noisy at night, since there are quite a lot of bars directly under the apartment. Also the internet worked only in 2 out of 3 days. Parking is mentioned to be included but you don’t have parking places belonging to the apartment, you have to drive around the streets to find some parking spots (which is totally fine, just FYI).

Proximity to centre of Palermo. Easy walk to centre and in a very nice area

Being an old building you have to be careful with electricity use.

Dario was an incredible host. The unit is well equipped and in a central location. The espresso machine and treats were a bonus. Dario was always available, answered questions very quickly.

Check in was easy via lockbox. Dario provided all the info I needed to enjoy the apartment, also a list of must see attractions and places to eat. Neighborhood is very convenient, safe, easy walking distance to everything, but also away from the hustle and bustle in a local upscale neighborhood. Apartment was spacious, bed was comfortable, AC and shower working fine. Kitchen, espresso maker, water provided. I didn’t get a chance to use the washing machine or kitchen but both were present. Wi-Fi working. I also really appreciated the convenience of the bus stop to PMO airport which was 2 minutes away. My last day I got to explore some of the local restaurants steps away from the property and experienced everyday life away from tourists.
