D26- Boutique Apartments, Best location by BQA

The location is excellent — everything is within a 4-minute walk. The apartment is situated inside a courtyard, which made it pleasantly quiet at night. Special thanks to David, who went above and beyond to help us resolve several issues during our stay, even though they weren’t technically within his responsibilities.

Unfortunately, we didn’t receive the check-in instructions in a timely manner. I had to contact the property directly on arrival day to get a video showing how to open the locker, which wasn’t even marked. We also had trouble locking the apartment door until we discovered that the door handle needs to be lifted. The apartment wasn’t very clean upon arrival, and the curtain by the bed was too narrow, letting in light at night. One of the biggest letdowns was the towel situation — we requested a towel change, and while the accommodation agreed, it was never done. As a result, we had to use the same wet towels all week. Due to the apartment being on the ground floor, humidity levels were quite high.

Location was good . Comfortable bed , very quiet. Good shower. Check in & access was easy . Nice decor .

There was no outlook. Didn’t like the 2 single duvets instead of a double one . Insufficient towels for length of stay Kitchenette was poorly equipped . No information in the property.

Great host, centralised location, clean house, easy to access and amazing host! 10/10 rating!

Great location, communication with gost was fantastic, and the apartment looked nice.

The floor was quite cold since the apartment is on the ground floor.

- It was really cold in the apartment and there was only air conditioner that wasn’t enough to warm. The whole night I slept in winter clothes. The good point is that on the next day we received additional heater and it was warm enough. - Only 1 towel for 1 person. But after request we also received additional tower. - No paper towels, no water, no tea, not enough toilet paper, no washing capsules — I think the apartment should provide the visitor with all basic necessary things - The door in the bathroom is swollen from moisture and does not close well. - There are also some problems with the drain in the bathroom. - One day some issues with electricity in the bathroom were happen and we were without light in bathroom, without WiFi and our clothes were in the washing machine during more than 24 hours until the problem was solved. It was terrible, I can’t reach my family, check my work email box, it was cold in the bathroom without heater. - I assume that the apartment has a boiler installed, because when one of us was under hot water in a shower for a little longer, the other one had to wash in almost cold water. But nobody warned us about this.
