Free Parking Stylish & modern 4-bedroom home with sea views

The property was amazing, decor was nice and modern, facilities were great. Bedrooms were very spacious especially the top one with the en suite and the free standing bath. Everything you needed for a great stay away.

Well appointed house, with good standards of finish and facilities. Ideal location for visiting Brighton and accomodating family members from overseas.

Leaky french doors which allowed water to enter during heavy rain and high winds. A contractor arrived and did adjustments so hopefully these will last. There are several areas of minor damage to the floor in the lounge dining area, minor scuffs and blemishes to paint work and doors. Could do with a dustpan and brush to remove dust. However these are trivial compared to the quality of the house as a whole.

Privacy

Back garden was a little overgrown and not inviting.

The property was exactly as described & as per the pictures on the website, from opening the front door the property opened up like a "tardis"!!! The bedrooms were all well appointed especially the master bedroom on the second floor (we nicknamed the 'penthouse as so luxurious complete with sea view'!! ) Well equipped kitchen...the coffee machine & fridge with water/ice making were real hits. Although we didn't meet the host(s), we were kept informed with friendly messages & provided us with a great app with lots of useful information about property & beyond!! Would recommend.

Very minor ...showers could do with a shower caddy !!

Sea views and near bus stop, good space for a family

Some road noise with windows open and no fans in rooms
