Me pude alojar con mis mascotas, por un costo de 150 pesos por cada una. La habitaciones estaban limpias y amplias. El personal estuvo atento.

Tuve que pagar un sobrecosto de 400 pesos por retraso en entregar la habitación. Entiendo que hay horarios y deben respetarse, y yo acepté el sobrecosto por estar más tiempo, pero me parece alto por dos horas.

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de wlmart y playas, si no viajas en coche las rutas hacia el puerto y varias plazas pasan super cerquita, te puedes mover muy bien desde el hotel, tiene un frigo, microondas y una parrillita que te echa la mano. Relación precio esta bien

La tina de la habitación no funcionaba, no tenía tapa ni llaves, para poder llenarla tuve que ponerle una bolsita de plastico, no tenia luz en la habitación y la primera noche habia 2 cucarachas vivas dentro de las sabanas, si eres muy picki no te lo recomiendo. En general no estuvo mal, si les falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero esas son las áreas de oportunidad para mejorar yo creo que si volvería por la zona y las personas si eran muy amables

El estacionamiento un poco caótico si hay muchos vehículos, aquí en Booking avisé que llevábamos mascota y en el hotel dijeron que no avisé, hasta el 2o día cobraron lo de la mascota, que no sabíamos cuál era el costo y realmente no hay algún extra visual x ese costo
