Mooi ruim huis op een prachtige locatie en fantastisch uitzicht. Volop ruimte zowel binnen als buiten, goed schoon, goede bedden, super airconditioning, fijne douche. Ijskoude koelkast, prive parkeerplek in de schaduw en goede wifi. Prachtig zonnig op het terras in de ochtend.

Om bij het huis te komen moet je ongeveer 3 verdiepingen trappen naar beneden nemen. En dan als je weggaat weer omhoog. Die zijn pittig. Huis is mooi maar mag her en der wel wat renovatie gebruiken. Terras is ook fijn maar hou rekening met erg veel muggen. Hierdoor moet je het huis ook eigenlijk zoveel als mogelijk dicht houden. Er is geen muggengaas. Huis ligt al vrij vroeg in de schaduw van de berg erachter. Het beddengoed (lakens) en handdoeken hebben we zelf uit de kast moeten halen. We betaalden 300 euro per nacht en dat is aardig aan de prijs voor dit huis. Maar hoogseizoen dus wel te begrijpen.

The views from the property looking out into Santa Maria di Llorell are just outstanding. In fact pictures do not do justice to the view. You can hear the water and see the sea. The outside sitting area is lovely and you can explore around the villa. The owner has kept tons of blankets, sheets, towels, toiletries, slippers and the kitchen is decently equipped. The house is split over two levels which is lovely and the rooms are a good size with a shared balcony that is great to sit out on. Shame it rained so much with thunderstorms that we couldn’t enjoy the area. The host is helpful and communicated well.

The property requires some TLC to really make it become even more special. The overall look is a little jaded so sprucing it up will make it come alive.

Stunning views, close to the beach

The villa is location in closed settlenent, with semi-private beach available to all inhabitants. The house was big, very comfortable, would benefit from small renovation but was really fine. Private parking spots, wonderful terrace with everything we needed.

The beach was quite far away, with few available parking spots.

A beautiful house with a very beautiful garden, large bedrooms and large living room, and a well-equipped and kitchen. Located in a gated residential area with a very quiet neighborhood. A covered parking space in front of the house. Very clean, complete, and beautiful home. It also has a very nice terrace with sun loungers and a grill. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
