5 Argyle Place, Dornoch

Cosy apartment in good location for touring.

No instructions for appliances, lovely been to cup coffee machine but no instructions for it so it was not used. Took a few days to figure out how to switch the towel rail on. Not the hottest shower.

Location to town and golf course is good

easier instructions for the heat system. The smell and sounds of smokers from the Coach House Pub comes through the front windows even when shut

Allocated Parking, and location to work were ideal. Nice kitchen well equipped. Bright and warm. Comfortable bed.

Shower was cold / warm. Sofa uncomfortable, nowhere sensible to eat food in the apartment. Door lock a bit sketchy. Could do with a shelf in the bathroom for your wash bag.

A very clean and comfortable flat in a convenient location -in the center of town - walkable to local pubs and shops. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea - plenty of room for two here!

Little more storage in the bathroom to hold toiletries.

Location was good.

Unfortunately there was a mixup with the key box code. Our last communication from the letting agency gave us the correct code but named the property as 1 Argyle Place. Thinking that there had been a last minute change we tried to access No 1, of course with no success. Rather trying at the time, especially as there was no answer when we tried to contact the agency. We tried the key box code given at the correct address and gained access, much to our relief. A little stressful! The bathroom heated towel rail wasn't working, in fact the electrical connection looked positively dangerous. We didn't attempt to use it which meant that the bathroom was pretty cool, and we had to dry our towels where we could in the apartment. Inconvenient!
