A very nice and well equipped apartment

Could wish for wineglases.

The property was clean, modern and spacious. It was a short walk to the town center that offered good restaurants and great gelato. It had a great small town feel. I think we were the only tourists but we were warmly treated.

Very comfortable and clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and everything that youay need is there. bottled water and cookies with tea and coffee. easy check in. close to airport.

the workspace in the kitchen is limited, but there is a table where you can prepare.

Comfort and convenience to the airport. Easy to park.

hard to find a good restaurant nearby

Good directions to apartment and easy/clear contactless check in through property manager. Apartment was very clean and new furnishings. Would be very comfortable for two couples or family. But…

Pre-check in required with requirement to download multiple photo copies of our passports. Request for this sent to us multiple times about 3 weeks ahead of reservation. Managing service of pre check tried to charge me twice for the reservation. I did not complete the full check in and alerted the host. She had forgotten to turn off that feature. Not sure how big of a pain it would have been to get a refund on a double charge. We stayed 4 nights so it would have been a good amount. Beware of leaving valuables and double lock doors when inside the apartment. On our last night before an early morning International flight we had stopped in the apartment for a quick clean up and to get ready for dinner. A guest called the room from the outside security street gate wanting us to allow access to the property. We did not allow access and told them to contact the host. Keep in mind there are 3 locked gate/doors to enter apartment. We counted 2 interior front doors inside this building, one being ours. About 25 minutes later a woman unlocked and opened our front interior door to the apartment. She had two other people with her, presumably the people who had called from the street gate. I had just showered and was walking down the hall, passing the front door, and forcible closed and dead bolted it. My husband then went to the door and questioned the intruders. I alerted the host. It took her a bit to respond but she said it was a mix up, the next guests had arrived a day early. Host did not seem to be in the near vicinity of this rental and I’ll assume the key holder had a hard time reaching her. But I don’t think I’m overreacting when concerned with who else has keys to the property and is allowing other people through 3 security points. Is there any communication going on with the host and property manager? Had this incident taken place 15 minutes later we would have been gone to dinner and all of our personal valuables and belongings now accesible.

First night of a four night stay. I wanted to add an additional day on the front end of our 3 night stay and had hoped the host could modify our reservation dates But they said they were unable and recommended we book it as a separate stay. Not a big deal on Booking website. Allowed us to pay the additional city taxes by cash, left at the property. About 10 minute walk through quiet neighborhood to good restaurants and grocery store.
