Розташування зручне помешкання відповідає вартості і очікуванням. Були деякі питання по температурі в квартирі, але більш менш все вирішили. Ми задоволені проведеним тут часом.

Трохи не вистачало стабільної роботи інтернету в помешканні.

Great location for the old town, lots of restaurants and bars near by. The host was very helpful before and during our stay. The apartment is comfortable and met all our needs for a couple of nights in Bucharest.

Small criticism is that there is no kettle in the kitchen to boil water only a coffee maker.

The location of the apartment was perfect! The host was very responsive and answered all the questions we had;

The photos shown on Booking are heavily photoshopped; there were cockroaches; the apartment needs a lot of real cleaning; The host insisted on giving the apartment 10/10 score, but I cannot be a liar. I am being completely honest.

L'appartamento era in posizione perfetta per visitare Bucarest, nuovo e pulito. La cucina spaziosa e funzionante

Consiglierei di non prenotarla per più di 4 persone. Noi ci abbiamo soggiornato in 5 e la quinta persona ha dormito su una poltrona apribile non comodissima. In cinque l appartamento risulta piccolo.

Niewyobrażalnie głośno skrzypiące,niespasowane drzwi do sypialni i do łazienki budziły wszystkich w nocy Brak ogrzewania,kaloryfery nie działały A klima nie dawała rady ogrzać pomieszczeń. Nieogrzewana łazienka bez wentylacji.Co prawda jest okienko,ale przy niedziałających grzejnikach było strasznie zimno. Dwa rozkładane fotele nadają się na śmietnik ale nie do spania. Śpi się na podłodze na niewygodnych,poskładanych materacach. Jedynie w sypialni łożko było ok.

We spent one night in this apartment. We were supposed to stay for four nights, but we had to leave early because of a stuffy cigarette smell in the apartment. Additionally, we encountered a couple of beetles in the apartment, but I suppose that is quite normal for older buildings. We arrived at the apartment at around 10:00PM, and messaged the owner about the smell the next day. The owner replied quickly, and suspected that the previous guest had smoked inside and that the smell was coming from the curtains. The owner offered to have the curtains changed, come spray the place with something and clean the apartment, with a 10% refund for the reservation. We didn't agree to the owners suggestions, but instead left for a new place of accommodation. My belief is that the apartment used to be inhabited by smokers "back in the day", and despite attempts to cover the smell with surface renovations and paint jobs, the smell is more permanent, coming through from the walls, the ceiling and the floor. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, who doesn't enjoy the smell of cigarettes.
