Modern Loft Style on Monroe by Dwtn & Park ave

So much better than a hotel. Clean and comfortable. Visiting my son who goes to school in Rochester with his younger brother. It was a great evening to just hang out in front of the TV with my boys, order takeout and enjoy each other’s company.

There is no insulation. It’s pretty cool as the decor like a restored warehouse of some sort, but there was no insulation between my ceiling and the apartment above. On Saturday night (the one night we were staying there) they hosted a party upstairs. After contacting our property management, they were able to get the apartment above to quiet down by 1030pm. But they returned back at 2:30 AM to continue the party until 4:30 AM. If you are sensitive to sound, this could be an issue, but there is an air-conditioning system……That’s quite loud which drowns out, the upstairs noise if you’re in the bedroom. It works for me, making the overall experience, completely manageable.

Very cool apartment. Was clean has all the amenities you can ask for, and location is great for restaurants and bars.

The property was right next to a store so it made it very convenient to get little things we needed during the stay.

I’m not used to hardwood lol but it was doable.
