Great quiet location. Nice quality for everything. Comfy bed. The service is what won me over. They gave me a complimentary pizza and massage for going LIVE on TikTok and talking about how enjoyable my stay was. It was a special experience.
The food quality could be better.

Location is perfect since I am travelling to visit a sick relative at Boromeus hospital, a short walk away from this hotel. The staff is nice and attentive, since we are almost the only guest there.
Confusion on the breakfast coupon during arrival. Room AC leaking, coffee machine at the breakfast is not working properly.

Nyaman, staff ramah, proses sat set utk yg ada acara di unpad atau itb pas sekali.. walking distance Kamar modern dan bersih, room service harga std termasuk murah jd ngga repot makan2..
Parkir terbatas pd umumnya di bandung, tp satpam sigap membantu termasuk mengangkat kursi roda utk ibu sy.. Wastafel sempet mampet tp segera diperbaiki. Over all oke semua
