Leto's APARTMENT in Sanremo - parking & garden

Davide responded promptly to our initial concerns and addressed them promptly. Davide was friendly and always keen to please. He speaks very good English. The bed was comfortable. The local bus terminus was outside the door, with a bus every hour to San Remo, saving having to drive into San Remo. You have to wave the driver down or he might not stop.

Be aware that if air-conditioning is required, there is a 10 Euro a day charge. Being high above the town, night breezes kept the place cool enough. The roads into the apartment are not for the faint-hearted but that is not uncommon in Italy (or France). If coming off the Toll road, pay attention to Davide's instruction, otherwise the Satnav takes a very demanding route. Despite this, we definitely would stay there again.

We had a warm welcome of the owner, he was very familiar and the property was very good equiped including kitchenwear , it was super clean and outside was nice garden with view.

Davide is the most welcoming and helpful host with great tips and lots of little touches to make you feel special and welcome. We had ample space for our family and everything we could have needed including a great restaurant a stone's throw away

If you are expecting a view of the sea you will be disappointed but instead you can admire the olive groves and then pop down to the sea in 5 minutes.
