It was remote check in went very smoothly. We texted the owners with a few questions and they were very prompt and helpful! The room was larger than expected and was very clean and well appointed! We had a great stay.

The Local Motel is an older motel that was remodeled by someone with a very clever vision. It was very comfortable and included all the amenities (refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.). Though there is no one on site, I was able to arrange an early check-in by text message.

Cute renovated boutique style motel. We had room 205. My only complaint is that we had no window, and it was the middle of a heat wave so the A/C wasn't the best. But it was clean, cute, service was amazing. I would stay again- different room.

Very easy comfortable stay in Eugene. Easy self check in, cute decor, clean, reasonably quiet.

Needed an ice maker but overall excellent. Thank you for the very nice room.

Incredibly clean and very cute and quaint. The owners have done a fantastic job. It’s just the area is unfortunately right on a major on-ramp so it is loud at times. Also some transients in the area due to the nearby park and underpasses. But felt safe and would stay again. Perhaps a front gate would help??

Warm and dry and aws convenient location for us. Some road noise and homless camp abuting property.

We enjoyed our stay at The Local! It was exceptionally clean. The addition of Japanese vending machines was awesome. Would definitely stay again!
