La ubicación

Un piso muy viejo, muy caluroso, poco ventilado, sucio, el sofá-cama muy incómodo y desvencijado. Nada recomendable.

Location

We requested a crib, but when we arrived, there was no crib. The apartment doesn’t have parking, and the nearest parking is a 15-minute walk away (which is VERY far when carrying luggage). Upon arriving at the apartment, we were informed that we needed to pick up the key at a different location (the owner's office), again walking with luggage. The building is in poor condition, hasn’t had maintenance in a long time, and is very dirty. The stairs are in terrible shape. When we entered the apartment, there was a bad smell. When we turned on the air conditioning, everything started to smell like something was burning. We had to turn it off immediately. At night, when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water. In the morning, there was still no hot water. Thankfully, we had only paid for one night, and we left early in the morning. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Great location. In the centre of the old town, just next to Piazza del Campo( not good for people with car though- car park is some 10 -15 minutes walk from the apartment, was very inconvenient). Nice natural light from ceiling.

We were unable to use one of the aircon as it stood in the middle of the room and made horrible noise. And carpark was not nearby as said in description, but 10-15 min walk away. And you cannot get close with car, not even for unloading, as the access is limited.

Great views across the city. Good location. Modernised bathroom. Roomy apartment.

Top floor apartment. Parts of the apartment appeared quite tired.
