Villa - Sun and Moutain, Sa Murtera

Perfecto.

The owners have listened to previous reviews, the house was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was amazing and the outdoor area really made the trip, especially the ping pong table and the fridge outside. Very spacious for a family of 6

There could do with more lighting round the pool and outdoor eating area as cooking on the bbq was difficult when the sun went down. A couple of the plugs in the house need looking at as not attached to the wall properly (in the living area. Other than that it was perfect

Prachtig huis met grote tuin. Centrale ligging in het Noorden van het eiland. Voldoende ruimte voor de auto's te parkeren. Prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad, voldoende zitgelegenheid binnen en buiten. De Buitenkeuken met koelkast en BBQ en grote eettafel is prima voor elkaar, wij hebben daar heel veel gezeten en heerlijk in de schaduw. Hele fijne host (op afstand) die snel reageerde op berichtjes en zeer servicegericht en behulpzaam is. Wij hebben volop genoten.

De ligging van de badkamers. Er was 1 badkamer op de bovenverdieping waar alle 3 de slaapkamers zich bevonden maar daar kon je als volwassenen niet in douchen (te laag en te klein). Je moest dus altijd naar de badkamer beneden om te douchen die overigens prima voor elkaar was. Of naar de badkamer buiten bij de veranda, die ook netjes voor elkaar was, maar zich niet in huis bevond. De vaatwasser werkte niet goed, waardoor we na elke machine beurt zaken met de hand af moesten wassen.

Beautifully located, spacious, and impeccably clean. The southwest-facing pool was perfect for afternoon sun. We loved the small tower – ideal for catching the morning light and getting in a bit of exercise. The outdoor grill and large dining table made evenings extra enjoyable, and the ping pong table was a great bonus for some fun family time.

It is a beautiful renovated house with great garden. It is central heated in winter and was heated when we arrived, very nice. Many towels, clean. Everything you need is there.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. The shower upstairs can’t be used if you are Taller that 1.80. Also you have to bend using the toilet. I bumped my head during the night. We used the bathroom downstairs most of the time. The house is located at the end of a village. Neighbours use wood heating in winter and that gives a burned wood smell in the evening and morning outside (you dont smell it in the house when everything is closed). I think this is important to know.
