I stayed for quite awhile and it was a great property with amazing price, view, balcony, hot water, more spacious than usual rooms.

I eventually got disturbed by the owners and their bizarre behaviour like hanging around outside my room, and once locking the door from the outside seeming to want to cause drama and not be direct about what they wanted. Being unnecessarily sarcastic and indirect when I was trying to be polite. Possibly spreading bad rumors to the neighborhood about me causing drama without consulting me about anything. On my last month I paid for the month but ended up leaving early in the middle of the night unexpectedly because I was sick of living there feeling paranoid. The owners are conniving underneath wanting to cause drama and at other times act like everything is normal.

Better for not overly long stays. Really good value, great views, clean, more spacious than in the centre. Hot water.

The owners were professional but unprofessional in some ways at the same time. It was really a good deal and I was willing to pay more for extra services but it seemed like they were purposely indirect about certain things to do with extra charges and it made me a bit paranoid so I left two weeks early to prevent anything bad from happening even though I had paid for the whole month and said he could keep it because it was non-refundable and that he could sell it to someone else. Also him and his wife were a bit inappropriately watchful of when I entered and exited the room and once my door was locked from the outside but he said it was the sun. His property was good though and he never did anything concrete to me. I think though other people wouldn't mostly have a problem with him. But he was very sarcastic and overly watchful and mysterious about something it seemed and it made me feel really uneasy so I left early. But it's my subjective opinion.

Slightly outside the centre but because of this a very good deal and you get more for your money than you wouldin the centre. More spacious, quite new, closet for clothes, most rooms come with a private balcony or terrace, clean, responsive staff, a safe light that works during power outages, Internet fairly ok, views of the lake and up on a hill. In a local's area with a few other guesthouses around it. Comes with quite well-equipped kitchens without microwave. Down below are some shops and a few restaurants. Not in centre but close to it giving an extended view of Pokhara. Comfortable bed with quilt. Inexpensive laundry service.

No mirrors except in washroom. Short unlit street to reach the house at night. Amazing quality for the price.

The House is beautifully situated on the hill right next to Sedi Village with a beautiful view over the rice paddies and lake. The room is cozy and the kitchen equipped with all the essentials. There is a small steep path down the mountain which brings one down to Lakeside within 15min, which for me was perfect, otherwise the property can easily be accessed by road as well. I had a wonderful stay and would always come back!

It's a good choice for a longer stays in pokhara because it's on the outskirts and gives an extended, peaceful view of pokhara. Good WiFi, more spacious room with private balcony and views than in the centre for a great price, very clean, usually heated water, not many mosquitos on the balcony at night, has a both a dim and a bright room light, everything new-looking. My favorite stay in Pokhara because room is nice to hang out in. Bed is comfortable with good quilt.

You have to walk up a dark foresty hill that's unlit to access the property but it's pretty safe with people living nearby. I liked this property better than in the centre and it gave me a perfect Pokhara experience.

Very peaceful and get the best view at a reasonable price. The sunset view was perfect from the room. The host is really kind and friendly. I and my friends had the best experience in the apt. so far. Will come again next time.

Great location and cleanliness. Host was friendly and very helpful. Location is very peaceful with accessibility to backdoor hill treks. The view is also mesmerizing.

Very good owners with nice behaviours and always ready to help any time without hesitation, This property is so good that everyone should at least try once, Rooms are clean, we got our own kitchen too, hospitality is very good, Many time I have been to Pokhara but this hotel was first time for me so whenever I will go to Pokhara , this will be mine only one choice to stay. Very good value for money.
