"Very comfortable stay close to beach"

Our second time staying here and I hope we’ll stay again. It’s a lovely place for a few days. Very close to the beach and the amenities in Polzeath. Space to hang wetsuits etc outside which is very useful. Comfy beds. New sofas this year were a definite bonus. Super clean.

Really well provisioned with lovely crockery and toiletries etc. very cosy. Had everything we needed for a few days break. Handy parking round the back. Very quiet location and could see beach from window of bedroom.

"Lovely apartment with beautiful view!"

Lovely apartment with amazing views. Felt like I was looking at a postcard every time I opened the curtains! It was clean and well maintained with lovely decor. There is a tap and shower outside the apartment so you can rinse all your surf/beach gear. 2 minute walk into Polzeath with bars, cafes, shops and of course, the beautiful beach. Parking is round the back of the apartment.

The apartment is situated at the top of a steep hill, which allows for the beautiful views! Just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues :)
