Too hot AC Unit making a loud noise every couple of hours waking me up Spa facilites closed at 7pm over the weekend! Fluffy pillows rather than firm Knightmare location to get to the hotel via car

Central location and friendly staff.

Wanted a bit more from the spa. It did the job, but would of liked a swimming pool.

Great hotel and stay

Room was a very pleasant, spacious and nicely decorated. Staff were very helpful.

No problems that the hotel could control Only disappointment was the roof terrace was unavailable due to the inclement weather.

The check in reception staff were all very pleasant and welcoming especially Kasia. Our room was a little disappointing and not near as well located or comfortable as previous stays, there was no view apart from looking out on the properties opposite (room 310) I think def on the 3rd floor. Bed was comfortable and tea and coffee facilities were all fine. Bottled water supplied and all other facilities were up to standard expected. We only had one window and unfortunately our curtain was falling down off the track and although we didn't bother (didn't really notice until we drew the curtains at night before we got into bed) but we did report the following morning. Our biggest let down was the roof garden and the Six Brasserie, grant it they didn't have any control over the weather so we moved from outside to an indoor table and despite the restaurant only having a few other customers we ordered steaks and they were most disappointing, we don't ever complain but the meat was very tough and quite inedible, we ordered sides of vegetables which never came and one of our mashed potato served with the steak was cold. So all in all it was disappointing. The waiter apologised and did remove one of the steaks from our meal which we would have preferred not to have had to complain and instead enjoy our meal. It really was disappointing. We did use the spa facilities on the following morning and checked out of our room and were able to leave our luggage and arrange for our car to be brought back to the hotel as we would imagine parking at the weekend may be difficult. Overall we would return and hope for a better room, and next time we will book elsewhere to eat as there are lots of choices within walking distance. The location is perfect. Staff were excellent too.

The Six Brasserie (as mentioned above) was a disappointment.

The room was great and spacious. The spa is really lovely and the rooftop terrace magnificent

A lot of the wooden edges by the floor were scuffed and in need of a paint brush and some lacquer to spruce it all up. The roof top bar is a bit short of the variety of cocktails on offer

Great location and excellent staff.

We booked the King room. It was a lovely room but did not match the photos that we saw when we booked initially which included a balcony, a four poster bed and a much larger room in general.
