My room was nice and spacious with a nice terrace with a great view of one of the historic churches.

No water available in the room. Everything available was extremely overpriced. First night when I went to take a shower there was a cockroach under the bathroom mat. Really disgusting. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with a very poor quality of food and service. The hotel lacks pleasant common areas.

Hot water problem. Had run water for sometimes 15 minutes before it was hot enough for a shower

El sabor de la comida mexicana es muy rico. Pero escasa variedad

El desayuno tenía pocas opciones. Muy ricos las dos opciones pero al tercer día ya no hay variedad. Faltaba un poco de fruta, muy pequeñas las porciones. EL café no es muy bueno. El personal un poco distraído todos los dás se les olvidaba algo en la orden.

The location was excellent and the room was very clean, modern and comfortable.

There was sometimes difficulty communicating with front desk staff because of language barriers. We would have liked an outside area to sit and read in the afternoon. As the rooftop bar was mostly empty in the afternoons, perhaps some of that area could be converted into a relaxing space without the need to order a drink.
