Cantera 1910 Hotel Boutique, Destination Hotel

Beautiful Boutique hotel. Room and bathroom was very nice and well decor. location was in the center of the city. My room view was the best with a beautiful balcony. Breakfast not as good but lots of restaurants in the area.

pyrotechnic noise during new years is loud.

Location, roof top breakfast

Staff very unhelpful and accused us of taking items from the mini bar without paying. We had to send them a receipt to prove we paid and then they never acknowledged their mistake. Very rude ton in their emails. They also were unable to recommend restaurants or help with any questions we had.

Location is excellent. Rooms are roomy and beautifully decorated.

We were there over Christmas and there was no mention of "no" breakfast on the 24th of 25th. Also we tried to cancel our last nights stay due to a change in plan. Booking.com approved it but the hotel would not refund us. The staff were ok. Sone of them could barely speak any English, so it was hard to communicate.

Nothing stay at live aqua instead

This is the state that my lash review is talking about for three nights. They wouldn’t cancel the stay for one night because I flew in at eight in the morning and to check out at 11 and they wanted me to pay the entire amount.
