"Beautiful but few more essentials would have been appreciated."

9.0

Beautiful property in lovely rural setting. Decor lovely and all very clean.

Check out instructions stayed everything had to be left clean. However, the kitchen had a very small dribble of watered down washing up liquid and no cloth, brush to wash dishes or surface spray. Only tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided. Have to bring your own everything inc basics like salt and pepper etc. Would have expected a few “essentials” to be included. Cutlery is all a mismatch and not a full set. Also the hay barn was very very warm. Weather outside was lovely but the property didn’t really cool despite all hearing turned off.

"A home from home"

10.0

I spent originally 4 days in the barn, which lead to an extra week I was so happy with the place. What a beautiful location, set down a farm path, out the way of the village. Turned out to be a great place to work from with fast WiFi, heated flooring and peace and quiet Clean, cosey and fully facilitated. The kitchen really does have everything you need. I was particularly surprised to see the owner has made sure you had practically every utensil which honestly, is such a rarity. Nothing worse than spending a long time away and you’re stuck with blunt knives and have to pack half of your own kitchen to cook a decent meal.

separate recycling bins inside the flat would be brill, but other than that I cannot fault the place
