Ladadika Terraza Apt #2

It's perfect for two people. The location is perfect. It's 5 minutes to the coastal promenade. The balcony is perfect, big with comfortable chairs. I love it.

the wifi worked very well, but you it's not the one mentioned on the sheet of paper. You will have to look for the one that's written on the router. the owner is very fast in replying texts the terrace is great.

the sleeping couch is very uncomfortable and not big enough for grown ups. the bathroom is very smelly and there is some mold as well. I guess it'd be great to have some room refreshers or candles one can light up to overcome this horrendous odour. the house is always open, so theoretically everyone can come inside and walk through the building at any point during the night or day. Though, the door to the apartment appears very secure. Also, the lights are terrible. They are way too bright to chill inside and read. Just have another lamp or so.

The apartment is absolutely perfect, clean, well furnished with a good taste and with a good location. Near center and water riviera and with enough parking options around. The owner is obviously a traveler himself and has thought about everything, for example I came first night hungry and on the table already waiting for me which app to use to order and all the information (floor, inercom, etc) so I don't have to brainstorm. Also had some health problems and the owner went distance on his own time to help me find a medicine that was lacking in all pharmacies I visited, like 6 of them. Huge heart of the man and his efforts and care are well reflected on the apartment itself, with all the details that would make your stay better than some 5 star hotels. Absolutely 10/10.

Location suited us perfectly. Having a lift in the building was great. The balcony was spacious and lovely to have in the evening.

Instructions indicated there was a switch to turn on the hot water which we never did locate.
