"Nice property and location to Churchill downs."

Location to Churchill and updated property. Well appointed.

While we had no issues, street activity was questionable. Checking with a friend in the area, he suggested a ride share back from Churchill. For the half block from the Churchill gate, we had no issues at midnight. Of course it was busy with the track people all letting out at the same time.
