Rocks & Roses Farm stay

Beautiful place, very peaceful and nice scenery, the hosts are just amazing and kind, the food was extraordinary, everything used from the farm itself and very yummy. I wanted a place to stay before I cross into Swaziland and this farm exceeded expectations

Everything was perfect

Beautiful remote location with fields and animals all around - great stop off location. Very clean and spacious rooms. Great communication and help from the hostess. We had to change our plans last minute and were able to book / get conformation very quickly. Lovely homemade breakfast with lots of products from the farm. Shared kitchen area well stocked and comfortable. Lovely cosy sitting room with fire as well.

Nothing, really lovely stop-over.

With many nice hiking trails for short and long walks with 2 natural waterfalls. We had time for one only, so the next will be for our next visit ;) The heating, washing and kitchen facilities made our stay totally cozy. On top we got a lot of organic veggies from the garden and some delicateses (lamb meat, fresh milk & yogurt and hand made syrups) from the farm of the owners. Our daughter was delighted with all the animals, especially with the cute Dog (which was showing us some of the trails ;) and with the 2 Cats in the house of the owners. We had a perfect rest in that refreshing and peaceful place. Thank you with great Respect!

Although just over nighting, we really enjoyed our stay here. Comfort and cleanliness were front and centre and the facilities perfect. The hostess, Collette, was friendly and kind and willing to do whatever we might have wanted or needed.

For our purposes, nothing..

Self contained in a quiet off road location. Clean and comfortable facilities.

Peaceful surroundings. The host was very friendly and helpful. The place was very nice and clean.

The matras was a bit worn. Was sliding to the middle all night. Would’ve been nice to not share the kitchen and living space.
