The owner never answered the phone for 5 hours. We asked about parking at 3pm- no answer. Before 3PM He gave us the wrong codes for the apartment. We arrived at 7 in the town, trying to find a parking space. He never answered and we managed by ourselves to find a good place to park. This is a very small town with narrow roads. There is no public parking or one you can pay for. There are just streets. We were waiting in front of the house for 2 hours to clarify the situation with booking.com from 8 to 10pm. This owner was totally unprofessional. I understand sometimes phones do not work, but you have email on any other phone (a friend, your wife, etc) or on laptop and since booking.com didn’t reach him through email, that is really not ok. It was 10PM when we finally solved the situation. I am happy we found an alternative place near by with a great owner who actually answered the phone.

LOVED this spot. Communication before and during our stay was fantastic, the apartment was super clean, quiet and comfortable. Well equipped if you were to prepare a meal (we did not). Super fast wifi. Manuel's thoughtfulness will be a warm memory from our stay.
