GP127 apartman Tenerife

No conseguimos encender la tv

Ubicacion, espacioso, con servicios cerca.

De forma general podemos decir que hemos disfrutado nuestra estancia en el apartamento. El complejo es muy tranquilo y dispone de dos supermercados muy cercanos. Se encuentra en Golfo Sur, para salir a carretera debes dar una buena vuelta puesto que solo hay una opcion. No hay playa cercana a pie aunque si tiene piscina basica. La comunicacion con Tom fue buena y el acceso autonomo al apartamento también resultó sencillo. Lo unico que no nos gustó fue la calidad de las almohadas  ( antiguas, duras o muy blandas) y que no hubiese copas de vino para al menos poder brindar por el fin del año. Ambas cosas aunque las informamos el primer día nos dió respuesta pero no una solucion (es lo que hay). Ademas comentamos que habia un colchon y un somier apoyado justo a la izquierda de la puerta de acceso con bastante mal olor... Los estores no tapan de forma correcta la luz por lo que amanece muy temprano. Encontramos de cortesía una botella de agua y un vino. Hay dos ventiladores, sin aire acondicionado creemos que en verano puede hacer bastante calor. El apartamento es amplio, cocina abierta al salon y tv con solo netflix. Resumen estancia ok pero seria facil mejorar los invonvenientes.

A környék és a szállas elhelyezkedése renek volt. Mi bérautóval könnyen megközelitettünk bármit. De buszokat is gyakran látam közlekedni. A parkolás közvetlenül az apartmanál lehetséges. Közvetlen mellettünk kisbolt éttermek. A part sem volt messze. Ott rengeteg jó étterem volt. Jól felszerelt tiszta apartman. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom!

L'appartement est très propre , et bien équipé

Apartment is in excellent condition. Has everything you need for staying with a family. Host who guided us to the apartment at night over the phone was very patient and helpful. We had a great time in the apartment and Tenerife.

Maybe location seems to be very quiet comparing to other parts like los christianos las americas, Fañabe beach, but still you can find plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, Irish pub across the street (2 more in the neighbourhood), shops, bus stop. In the complex there is even hairdresser, beautician ( I did my eyebrows there and nails recommended 💯 ), a mini local grocery shop, 100m away you have another beauty salon and more rest.,shops, etc. If someone writes a review there is nothing around it means there’s no buzz and no night life, but so many places to eat and drink or for a nice long walk around Marina which all is enough for having a good time. If u have no car, a bus can bring you anywhere you think of, u can rely on it,it’s on time, clean, goes every 20min/30 min even on Easter Sunday!It’s located in the golf resort/area, so it’s gonna be quieter than other parts of Tenerife. If you have a car rented what I recommend (quite cheap there), the aprt is 12 min from the airport, 15-20 min to Los Christianos. The only downside is wind in that area, having to spend every day away in Los christianos or Fanabe, we agreed the weather is worse in Gold de Sur.

Great location, guarded parking close to the building (for registered residents only, no by passers), elevator in the building, communal swimming pool, restaurants close by, marina 10mins walk away, shop downstairs in the same building complex with huge products variety, master bedroom had a very comfy bed

There wasn't anything
