Very comfortable stay here with air conditioned rooms right on the beach. Could see lazy lefts and rights surf break from our balcony, so great location. The owner, Rohan, is a really good guy who did everything to help us during our stay. The provision of bottled water enough for our whole stay was a nice touch. Nice garden with seating to relax during the evening as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

Just be aware there is a party nearby on Tuesday nights

Amazing family owned villas! Such a friendly and welcoming family. The place is perfectly located to walk out your door and paddle into the lineup. If you're here for surf and want a chilled out villa, with perfect views and immediate access to fun waves then you'll be stoked staying here!

I was here two weeks, and after that , I booked it through booking.com .the place is very amazing and the staff is also very friendly ,like family .and you can see the lezi left and lazy right from the room directly. And I can highly recommend this place as the best place I have seen in my visiting in the whole country. I surely come here again. And it is big room ,and very clean and fancy. Only few steps to the beach . Oh I miss this place in four days .but surely I come here again .

I came my first time to Sri Lanka, mainly to surf, and discovered the pretty village by the beach; Midigama. Right by the main-road is Muthu Villa, a lovely new guesthouse, where I rented a big, spacious private room with bathroom and balcony. From the balcony or the terrace you can do an awesome surf-check in the morning to both spots; Lazy Left and Lazy Right. I loved the quiet and chill vibe in the guesthouse, everything was newly renovated and if you need to eat out or do groceries, some shops and eateries are just 20 meters away. Best part for me was that a really beautiful and wild beach was just on the other side of the road. Dulmi and her family, who run the guesthouse, made me feel at home the entire time and where super attentive, if I had a problem or question. Many thanks for the lovely time, for sure I will be back! That location is fantastic for people want to go surfing and also go to the side street restaurant.

I didn't like that I had to swap rooms mid way through the booking and also I didn't like how booking.com was charging me a different rate to the hotel owner. So in future I won't use booking.com if they don't give me the right price.
