Location to the Hydro and parking. Comfy, quiet location and super clean apartment, all you need.

The entrance hallway/stairs needs some updating and attention, smells Smokey. But understand other residents live there permanently.

We enjoyed the location , easy access to all the venues we wanted to visit. The flat had all the items needed to make our stay pleasant. The contact number did respond. We got replacement fridge, but TV was not sorted / never got bulb for lamp.

No TV working. Fridge / Freezer not working, no bulb in bedside table.

Location

Broken glass furniture which was a hazard. Could not use the drawers to store clothes. The entrance and stairwell was unwelcome as very stained, smelly BBC and dirty. Way below Booking.com standards. And it was expensive.

The accommodation had the facilities as advertised. The accommodation was not far from the venue/locations we were there to visit. Car parking was available.

A £200 security deposit was requested by BNB GURU that was not mention by Booking.com at the time of booking. Correspondence with the property management company BNB GURU was incomplete (URL was corrupted or missing, no Wi-Fi, network or password) until requested. The communal stairwell leading up to the property was stinking of smoke, carpets were stained and stuck down with tape. Various items were being stored in the stairwell, children’s toys, bikes chained to the hand rail and a large flat sofa sat on the landing outside the accommodation. There was no hot water on arrival, and was resolved by a plumber in the evening on the day of arrival. We should have been made aware of damage or defect to the property on arrival (broken mirrors on two bedside cabinets, window latch, TV not set up and remote batteries were spent, couple of bulbs missing) Radiators were very dirty (especially in the kitchen) The car parking spaces were numbered, but it was unclear who they belonged too,
