Bed was comfortable, clean and the same as the bathroom.

No safe in room. Also breakfast came 1 hour later than told by staff. I personally did not like the breakfast. I also ordered a meal different to what arrived. Room was smaller that expected but good for the money spent.

- The personnel were very helpful, friendly and committed. I am very grateful for their help. - The cleaning service was good - The laundry service is at a reasonable price and very fast - Very close to the city center

- The room was a bit claustrophobic (very small space, no windows in my room) - Some of the facilities mentioned in the room description were not in the room (it wasn't soundproof) - Very limited breakfast options, might be monotonous during a longer stay. At the beginning of my stay there was no problem with coffee I wanted, but after a couple of days I was under the impression that the ladies serving coffee are panicking when I wat regular coffee without milk and sugar. - Humidity in the building was a big issue
