"Superb"

Spacious and clean

There are train tracks in the yard adjacent to the building. The trains are not particularly loud and they do not run all night but they are somewhat distracting.

"Nice property but overpriced"

Close to the hydro for the concert we attended

The passage / staircase was disgusting. The top floor bedroom had filler / plaster all over the ceilings. The re was no mention of it being up 3 flights of stairs with no lift and I have a bad knee and had to carry cases up and down.

Third floor with no lift for my Dad with 2 knee replacements and mid 70s wasn't the best.

No lift, communal area not nice and was a bit smelly.

Brilliant location, the flat was stunning and so clean and modern. Beautifully decorated too. It had everything you needed. Would 100% go back and will recommend it to others .

Some of the beds were a little uncomfortable, maybe just need a mattress topper though.
