"Worst experience ever!"

The entrance wasn't easy to find. The room i booked was already occupied. Nobody reacted on my messages or my phone call. 2 hours later I had contact to lady from the hostel. She refuses to help by coming around. I should manage this situation by myself in a language I don't speak. So I went to another accommodation. Hopefully I get my money back.
