Apartman BIG 2 Novi Sad

Beautiful accommodation in a very good location in Novi Sad.

Prelijep apartman. O svakom detalju se itekako povelo racuna. Sve pohvale ljubaznom domacinu!

Clean, peaceful, quiet, comfortable. We only stayed one night, but it was far better than expected.

The entrance door is really hard to lock/unlock, the handle has to be in a specific position and it's quite hard to get it to lock.

The apartment itself is nice (new built and clean). It has its own heating and it warm. Easy to find with google maps. Not too far from the city center (10 min with car)

There was only 1 blanket for the whole apartment. considering it is January and the apartment was rented for 3 persons it needs to have at least 2 more blankets (on the attached photos I'm holding in my hand what i was offered to cover myself with as blanket) - it lacks basket for waste toilet paper in the toilet; - all of the pots in the kitchen are new but there there is no ladle. all of this would have been no issue at all and i would have given the apartment a strong 8 if the old "lady" that runs the place had at least basic manners. when we arrived she was wondering who we are and why we are here even though we have booked months ago and the booking was confirmed. i was calling on the phone no one answered it. when i sent a message on booking i got answer the next day and the answer was a question WHO I AM LOOKING FOR. (this is not a way to run an apartment) at the evening there was no free parking outside of the gate so i parked the car inside the yard and the next morning she started arguing with me how dare i to open the gate and park inside and block her yard. instead she said u had to park at the neighbors. I kindly advise the owner of the apartment to change the approach towards visitors because it is a shame for such a good apartment to get such bad scores for minor flaws in the equipment and only because of the bad behavior of some people.
