"worst stay ever , noisy and uncomfortable beds and pillows"

Umhlanga is a good and safe place to be

Had a burned Duvet in the main bedroom and I had to replace it as the owner wanted to charge the cleaner for this, Duvet was replaced by myself as I did not want cleaner to pay for this. Had to ask for electrical metre to be reloaded twice as it was running low and did not want to run out of electricity. Iron was tripping and had to take my clothes to a laundry as no one replaced faulty iron. Pillows and bed very uncomfortable.

Everything it was a really nice place, in a classy area and very safe. We all enjoyed it especially the kids they didn’t want to leave!

Only problem was the toilet that was blocked but at least we had 2 toilets so we managed
