The caravan was excellent with everything we needed to make the stay much more comfortable for families.

The cleaning was good it just could have been better but I do appreciate this maybe used alot. The kitchen sink was an area. The extra bedding for the pull out bed wasn't nice.

"Perfect caravan"

Beautiful home from home, really comfy beds. Slept solid, comfortable sofa and clean throughout.

The walk from the caravan to the entrance of the park was too far for us but we drove to the end and parked up, no problems.

Nice quirky caravan with homely touches

Quite a distance from show house and pub, Also I’m a clean person so am happy to strip beds etc but didn’t like the idea of having terms and conditions of having to hoover through and clean fronts of cupboards etc b4 you left. I understand some customers can make lots of mess but when you book time away you don’t want to feel you have to do a full clean b4 you leave. I cleaned a holiday let for over 15 years and it was down to me to clean hoover and polish between visitors. Think this should be listed on terms and conditions b4 you book so people are aware you have to leave it exactly as you find it….. this in my opinion could put some people off,

Caravan was lovely and clean, nice restaurant across the road, pub on site and lots of shops and arcades up the road. can jump On the hop on hop off bus to fantasy island

lovely caravan in an excellent location

Nothing to do with the renting company but Waterside Caravan Park, went to book in and they had on door "back in 15 minutes". 30 minutes later still not back, when he did appear no apologies nothing. The office should be open in the hours on the doors when it's booking in times. if you need lunch get cover!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The theme of the caravan was beautiful; it felt like a sunflower.

The placement of the caravan with the walk, but of course that was the only problem, and you can't fix that... everything was perfect !!!
