L'extrême gentillesse du personnel et surtout Ahmed, le responsable. Le Riad Palais Blanc est magnifique, les chambres confortables et spacieuses avec une belle terrasse privée.

Le Spa est payant dommage. Le quartier dehors n'est pas à la hauteur du beau Riad.

Simpatia, delicadeza e disponibilidade dos empregados: top! Ahmed foi prestável, bem-educado e com bom humor. Apesar de chegarmos tarde, tínhamos um colaborador à espera que fez o favor de nos acompanhar a um restaurante para que comêssemos alguma coisa. Num dos dias em que tínhamos um tour que começava cedo, facilitaram-nos o pequeno-almoço mesmo sendo previamente ao horário estipulado para tal, sempre com boa educação e simpatia. Excelente localização do Riad. Oferta de chá delicioso e bolo durante a tarde. Boa surpresa!

"A beautifully fragrant oasis near the Medina"

Great location—close to the Medina but without the noise. The moment you step away from the hustle and pass through the entrance, you’re instantly in relaxation mode, surrounded by the fragrance of orange blossoms and a sense of tranquility. I loved my room, especially the extra patio space. There are curtains for privacy if you want it, or you can simply relax in the comfortable lounge seating area. The hospitality was excellent, with a lovely welcome drink upon arrival. I arrived early and noticed the room being cleaned very thoroughly, which was reassuring. The staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Marrakech.

Pas de cafetière et de bouilloire dans les chambres et pas de chausson dans les chambres, la disponibilité des transats autour de la piscine pas toujours évidente en pleine saison
